Swan Love

Trumpeter Swans courting – they drop their heads down when facing each other, occasionally in sync. When they drop down together, the two swans form a heart with their bodies.

It took nearly an hour to get this shot to happen. Patience and time is all that was required to capture it.

I have created a number of prints of this image for people to give as wedding gifts, and they have all been well received.
