Frozen Paradise
On one of the coldest days of the year, a visit to Wilson’s Falls near Bracebridge was in order.
The freezing air created a mist on the exposed water, and a recent snowfall painted the trees. My hands and face started to freeze almost instantly, and the temperature was hitting -28C. The result was well worth the trouble.
I specifically traveled here to get this exact image, something I pre-visualized on my last hike here in the fall.
This is my largest canvas at a size of 72″x20″.
