    Capture nature and landscape images like a pro. Learn about equipment, accessories, and tips specific to outdoor photography. This 18 hour course consists of classroom sessions as well as outdoor session(s) so you can put your newly acquired knowledge to practice.

    A drop of rain, a single snowflake; images captured like a moment in time. This course introduces students to the techniques and equipment required to photograph subjects at extremely close distances. Students will be given the opportunity to practice their skills in a one-day, six- hour outside shoot.

    Bring out the best in your photographs, whether you are perfecting one, searching for ten, processing hundreds, or organizing thousands. Create images that move your audience while expanding your digital photography skills with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom.

  • Learning to See: Basics of Photography – Date TBD. Let me knowif you are interested!
    A nine-hour crash course in photography, spread out over three classes, once a week. I cover everything from manual control of your camera, composition, the science of how your camera works (and why you should care) and many, many tangents.
  • Private Workshops
    Need some one-on-one learning? We’ll head out into the field and focus on your interests. It doesn’t matter what you’re into: wildlife, landscape, waterfalls, macro, architecture, street photography, you name it. You’ll have my undivided attention for a minimum of three hours, up to as long as you’d like.I also offer one-on-one or group lessons for Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic image editing.
  • Speaking Engagements
    If you have a camera or photography club and are looking for an educational speaker, I am available to talk on any number of topics, including:
